Best to pre-order from this place. Otherwise the in store ordering process here is really frustrating.
You walk in and mill around until someone indistinguishable from other customers walks up to you and asks what you want. They are helpful with selecting items. Then you mill around some more until someone in back packs your order and they call your name.
Confusing and disorganized through out - overall I can’t say enough about how poor the in store experience is. Everyone is very nice- the ordering process is opaque and annoying.
The exit door looks like a utility closet- hard to escape once you’ve entered.
Over all the lowest quality in store I’ve experienced in the area.

Opens early, very good customer service and selection. One of the better options in the east bay. The price you see is the price you pay plus they give veterans like myself a discount. Keep up the good work.

FLOR is a very clean shop, great light, and well organized. We're welcome to look around on your own or with a budtender, once you're ready place your order and it will be ready for pickup in minutes. Plus they carry my favorite brand Creme De Canna. I would definitely recommend this shop.

ATM Transactions at Flor are not safe. Flor is the only location I have ever used my debit card. I have never used my debit card anywhere else except at Flor because I thought it would be safer option than carrying cash. There were no issues until my third visit when it stopped working. Upon calling my bank I was told someone attempted to open a Spotify account so thankfully they locked my account. Being aware that Flor is the only location I have ever used my debit card I am somewhat suspicious of using a debit card there again. I just want to warn anyone else who may have had any issues with their debit card after visiting Flor to be aware!

Very impressed with a large and diverse selection of Flowers, drinks, cookies and edibles. Very clean store, helpful, cheerful employees, competitive prices. I can grab some groceries at Walmart, pay my phone bill at Xfinity and grab some beautiful nugs at Flor all in the same trip. Great location.
Daily discounts and a senior discount were available.
