They were the only place that had the NFIX Pro replacement pods! Been searching for them for the past two weeks and when calling them, Zack was extremely nice over the phone and took the time to acquire them for me! Will be coming back!

this place has gone downhill for me ever since they were bought under new ownership in recent years. i somehow felt more inclined with the previous people. whenever i come here now, the clerks act might act apathetic toward you, even for a returning customer. they won't even budge on overpriced glass piece for even 5 bucks and they appear to care little for my business.
whats mostly frustrating is being sold a grinder that has paint that chips off after some fair usage and i was told it was the better product. i cant help but feel they would rather price me out for a sale than to have me leaving there as a happy customer. i go out of my way from north upland to the other pipe king location in chino to avoid this one

In cali you need to be super carful with boot leg brands, wether it be vapes or cbd I have been sold fake stuff all throughout Claremont. The pipe king on the other hand makes it very clear that they care about my safety and the quality of their products. not to mention that I am a very gender non conforming person and every guy I have worked with in there was always extremely sweet and made me feel safe. I highly recommend to women and queer people in the area. Five stars!!!!

Such absolutely wonderful customer service! They are definitely bike friendly it's rare these days to find a business that is willing to let you put your beloved ride inside while you shop. Their selection is very good and the prices are very reasonable. Come check them out for your smoking needs.

They allways have quality pieces the recently started getteing more budget friendly glass but the customer service is 5🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅 didnt get his name but sunday morning shift guy was knowledgeable answered my questions about the terp pearls and thermal nails also didnt mind letting me look at a few diffrent pieces of glass with no problems thanks again!!!!! Ill be back😎
