If the rating was solely based on pricingit would have warranted a solid 1 * however the customer service is five star shining stellar so it averaged out to 4 because of how strong the five star customer service was

OMG! Gabriel was sooo helpful!
He took as much time with me as was needed, for me to make an informed decision about purchasing products from here.
He is very knowledgeable about the vast products sold there, and even taught me how to use a Vaporizer BEFORE purchase.
He sells Kratom; which I never heard of before, but his vast knowledge of the stuff was amazing. Upon further research of Kratom Maeng Da, everything he told me was 100% accurate. Very Impressed with this young Man; professional, but personable as well.
No question I will go back; he's so frickin' cool!

What a lack of response and customer service. Ordered on 5/7 wasnβt told my order was back ordered till I emailed on 5/20 got one response and I responded back within 10 mins to hopefully resolve how they recommended and now I get nothing again.

The grape vine e juice is the best grape flavor I had tried yet awsome c.s and fast shipping I hope they never run out of their grape. My wife is extremely picky when it comes to grape and I'm so glad we found it with u guys

I've had a handful of people tell me "How" weird it is for Smoke Shops to carry Vaping Products & "How" skeptical they would be with purchasing any Vape Related Items but after a random (unforeseen) visit, Boy was I glad that I did! Derrick & the entire staff are always so welcoming, knowledgeable, DOWN to Earth, willing to go above & beyond to help & quite frankly beyond fair with the deals they offer. They have A Good Collection of Flavored Juices which is yet to Expand, & the same applies towards all other Vape Related Products. Aside from that, they've also got some Freagin Cool Glass Pieces of All Kinds for All Different Types of Uses. They also carry other miscellaneous items ranging from a variety of apparel, backpacks, hats, incense & many more of which I've still yet to check out. HOPEFULLY, I get a chance to during my next visit...
P.S. - IF I WAS TO PICK 2 Juice Flavors out of their collection, MY TOP Two FAVE FLAVES Will (hands down) HAVE TO BE The "Sour Apple Sour Dream
