The level of customer service is truly a rare thing these days. No matter who’s behind the counter I always feel like a friend, always greeted with a smile and a warm “Hi! How’re you doing today?” And the question is genuine! Whether this or the 29 location I feel like a valued part of the shop!

Awesome crew! Safety and educating customers is top priority. They have all the favorite juices, mods, batteries, coils, ect. They even sell CBD products! Crew is always friendly and helpful.

Originally this place was owned by a guy named Will. The staff were all super polite knew the answer to every question and their prices were half what other places charged. WILL SOLD THE PLACE IT WENT TO HELL. But ..... I'm happy to tell the world they are back up to the standards and practices Will had set when he owned and ran the place. GREAT NEWS BEST VAPE SHOP IN TOWN STATEMENT OF FACT.

I love this place, all the people who work there are extremely friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to help you, if they don't have what you need or want in stock they take down your number and call you when its in and or try to find you something similar to fit what you are looking for, excellent customer service, with a smile. I don't go anywhere but to next level vaping. Oh and can't beat the prices, lower then anywhere else in town.

The women that work there are absolutely amazing, they take the time to really help and answer all of your questions. They truly go above and beyond in customer service.
