Very awesome people working in the store, very honest and knowledgeable. I go there every time I need my american natural 12mg vape juice cause it's like smoking a marlboro red, and the other stores in yucca valley said that there's no tobacco flavor juice. Recommend this store highly....

Really enjoy the option the offer to customers to change the individual strengths of the different variety of juices to a little stronger without having to take the need of going up and getting the next strength level. Allows for better flavor and is a brilliant show of excellent customer service and knowledge of the products they sell and what they can do to them for us, the customer.

As a novice vaper I have required a lot of help. Everyone there is so patient and friendly and helpful no matter how many times I ask for the same thing over and over. They have fixed and replaced things several times at little to no cost, and their prices are very fair.

I have been to other Vape shops where I was clearly just a customer and they didn't care. Here I feel welcomed and my needs are cared about.

I've been going to Next Level for about six months and I've never felt like an inconvenience or unwelcome. The staff is always warm, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions or concerns. The prices are very fair and they always have a wide selection of juices and rigs. The CBD shop upstairs is just as professional. They also has a wide variety of great products. In short this is my only stop for cbd and vape products. The name is very appropriate in that the staff here is truly next level in customer service

I ran out of juice and my atomizer pooped out while I was visiting family in CA. This was the first vape shop I found and so glad for that. They were very reasonably priced, very knowledgeable,helpful, and friendly. Will visit again next time I'm in the high desert

This is my go to vape shop. They have best rates around with competitive pricing. The staff is super helpful and Sandra, Jenna, and Andy always know exactly what we need. They are all very friendly and I won't go to another vape shop now that I know this one's here. Call me cheesey, but they're definitely Next Level all around.

If your a vape enthusiast you'll love this shop. They have a wide variety of products at great prices. Other shops have the standard products which is fine but I tend to lean towards the newest and more innovative. That's where this shop excels.

Great place. Huge selection, I decided that it was time to quit smoking cigarettes. So I took some advices from my buddy's to try vaping. I came to Next Level in Yucca for the first time. I quick found out that their is alot more then vaping then what I expected. With many devices, pods, and types of juices. I wasn't really confident that this vaping thing was for me. When I walk in I was greeted by Andy and he was very helpful, listen to what my reasons were to start vaping. When i ask question about certain devices he seem very knowledge about the products he has. I didnt feel pressure or rush at all. All in all I spend around $150 and very excite about my new vape and the juices. That there is no doubt in my mind that I will ever buy cigarettes agian. Thank you andy for helping me out this evening. I will definitely be coming back. Customer for life.
