These people are very nice when you’re going in to buy something But when you buy something that is defective they pretty much turn into jerks. They tell you “OH WELL”nothing we can do about it and then hang up on you. When you call back and ask to speak to a manager they just LIE and say the manager isn’t in when you just left the store and you know damn well he is.
I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this SMASH glass and vapes in Arvada.
There’s another store catty corner from them next to Bingo and o’Reillys and they are much way more understanding and polite.
WATCH OUT Because I have been ripped off several times I have spent hundreds of dollars there. THEY HAVE DEFINITELY LOST MY BUSINESS And several other people that I had recommended to them to in the beginning.!!!!!

Bought a bag of really aweful CBD once from here. It was horribly dry and scratchy. My husband said it smelled like it had mold in it. I was looking for CBD cigarettes because I was trying to quit nicotine, but not the smoking. The dude that helped us was way too high to even answer the questions and asked me to repeat myself on more than three occasions. He kinda smelled bad, too. I am a 30+ year Cannabis connoisseur and yeaha, I can still smoke dope and smell like a clean body, too.
