Been coming here for years and yesterday I got a bong , Got it home filled it with water and noticed it had really bad suction and heat appeared to be a crack in the dowmstem so I empty the peice and bring it back to the store and both Alex and Griffin agreed with me that it was definitely not pulling air correctly but they said that they weren't in the position to help me and that I would have to come in the following day when Russ was working soso I did , I walk in and start explaining my problem to Russ and about halfway through my sentence he interupts me to explaim tbat there are no returns on glass period I then complete my explanation and ask if I can exchange it for a cheaper peice and he told me no then tested it and argued that it didn't have an issue even tho two of his employees agreed that it did so russ screwed me on a bong an as much as I love the rest of the staff I couldn't recommend the shop if there's a possibility of getting defective glass and not getting reimbursed or a replacement and he was also incredibly rude the entire time

Trying to quit smoking and this is my first time buying vape products. AMAZING SERVICE!!! T.J. helped me out and he was SUPER knowledgeable about all the products. Didn't try to push the most popular or expensive products. He was extremely patient with me and thoroughly explained the different products and helped me choose a product that would best suit me.
Again, SUPERSTAR SERVICE! Would highly recommend this place to anyone new to vaping or even if you're not new.
They have a huge selection of products and offer many non vape products as well.
