I needed a torch and searched for open head shops near me and this wonderful location came up. Aside from the fact that they were open, I also made sure to peep their reviews/ratings and I was glad to see they are boasting an impressive 4.9. with something close to 5K reviews. I was already on my way in, but that aided in making the decision a no brainer. Naturally their torch selection was nothing short of stellar. Alex helped me with making a selection on a beautiful vector torch that comes complete with a lifetime warranty that they or the manufacture can honor for you. There staff is Always friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even make it a point to remember what I want. Their pricing is pretty fair and they have a Massive selection too!! If they don’t have it they’ll even try to order it for you. Here’s an example: I was out of my juice, last one was discontinued so I Finally found a new one, however it’s scarce now. The gentlemen helping me said they have 2 at their other store and seriously!!! They managed to get them Both to me the very next day. They go above and beyond. And one of my Most favorite aspects is their environment, it’s Awesome. Plus those staff members that do know me always make a point to check in with me, see how life is and I’ve had so many fabulous conversations with a number of the staff. If you’re looking for a New Hub, SG&V, hopefully can become yours!!! Thank You to all of the Remarkable Staff for all of your help, kindness, patience, guidance and hospitality!!!
