Purchased $50 electric vape, was told if it doesn't work I can bring it back within a week to exchange. It doesn't work well, brought it back & was told by manager that they can't exchange it or help me. Stuck with a $50 pos! Will not come back to this store. Will use head shop off of buckley & quincy

They don’t honor THEIR online pricing. The item I wanted was listed online as in stores only, priced at $250. It was 25$ more in store. Lost my business today and forever.
