I always enjoy my experience when I go to this store, Rachael and her staff are always very helpful and courteous and very knowledgeable about their products and their business. I am promptly greeted with a nice smile and hello as soon as I walk in the door. This is my favorite place to buy my juices and my coils.

Love the Aurora store, Rachel is great also (all the staff is but she's amazing)! If they don't have what you're looking for she takes the time to find you an alternative product and/or will look into an arrival date if they're just out of stock. She doesn't make you feel like you're wasting her time, and doesn't rush you even though there are other customers in the store. Great customer service at this store, all my friends shop only here

The staff here are very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. This store is huge and has an extensive selection of all things cannabis, including clothing and decor and then some. Massive glass selection, all of which is high quality. The glass seems to be fairly priced although leaning a bit more toward the expensive range. Highly recommend this place as your one-stop-shop for smokers, vapers, and tokers.

The best head shop in Aurora. They literally have almost everything in there some name brand glass, vapes and incense. They even have this cool little case where you can see how pipes and bongs have evolved sense the 40s! I love everyone who works in there! They are all extremely helpful and super nice!

I’ve lived in Aurora since 2009 and once I saw that there was a Mixup location right down the street from my house. From the very first time I step through those doors, I had immediately felt welcome and right at home. This location has it ALL!!
What truly makes this location the BEST place to be is it’s staff. Rachael and crew hold a very special place in my heart! Each and every individual who holds this location down are always so welcoming, knowledgeable and humble. Words can’t say enough about how much I really appreciate you guys and I am so lucky to have met such great beings in my lifetime. If you have never been to the location off of Chambers and Mexico, I HIGHLY SUGGEST you go there!!

This is the second time we’ve been here and we’ve always had great service. Kyle went above and beyond to help me with all my needs and questions. He talked to me like an actual person and not as a customer. When I was nervous he reassured me and made me feel better about what I was buying. Everything was reasonably priced as well and the layout was definitely cool looking. Kyle’s positive attitude and helpfulness is the reason why we’ll tell all our friends to come here. This is definitely a place we’ll be coming back to time and time again.
