Don't purchase anything here if you ever expect them to honor the warranty.
Purchased a torch here several years ago with a "lifetime" warranty. I was told I could come back to the store to get a replacement if anything ever happened.
Well the day came where it stopped working. I go in and try to get it replaced and I am hit with a "well I can give you a discount on a new one". Weak excuse for a reputable headshop. I even kept the receipt the whole damn time.

First, I have to say that I love the new location! Bigger space = bigger selection. The folks that work here are always way cool and super nice. I ended up getting a really pretty piece to add to my collection and the guy that helped me out was fun to chat with and was patient with me being picky. Definitely a good spot! I'm glad to have this store in my neighborhood!

Bought a faulty Carta focus V top. It has unloaded water in to the bottom of my carta no matter where the water level is. They will not do store credit or help in any way. I would not recommend based on customer service or satisfaction. Thanks for the paperweight Beware

Gotten talked to the worst here. Almost like I didn’t know what I was talking about or doing by the Rude manager Rachael. The store is full of overpriced items you can get cheaper elsewhere, not the greatest recommendation . Other workers there like ray or Kyle or kona, Freaking amazing , other than there assistance the shop is Full of it.

A good 420 street deals 30 bucks for a slight defect. Stress crack in the glass near the stem. I had to test it before I reviewed it.
