Absolutely terrible service. "Unopened container" somehow missing half of the coils. Called in immediately to try and get the situation fixed, was hung up on once I said I had a problem and would like him to take a note for the manager. Called again and was essentially blown off, refusing to even take a name. I hope they record their calls because I was the utmost polite and he was VERY unprofessional. He said the manager will be in tomorrow so hopefully I can have a
professional interaction that squelches this now very bad taste in my mouth for this establishment.
Will gladly update how this situation gets handled. My partner has never felt so unwelcome in a smoke shop as well, said the man was very rude when he was purchasing.

They have amazing people there and don't get me wrong I love the place. I've been very disappointed. I have gotten 2 esco bars in a row and they were both burnt off the top and died an hour later.

Maybe the wholesaler or rep they buy from needs to be looked at, I dont have this issue anywhere else with disposables

Nice place, but the worst cbd vape cartridge purchase I have ever made. Flavor, effects, even down to the burn. Just not a good product. "JUST CBD - Pineapple Express" was the product.
