Called twice before showing up, no answer. Walked up in a great mood, loving the plants, wanting to chat with the store worker? Owner? Manager? Who had his eyes glued to the screen. Not sure why he didn’t answer when I called five minutes ago, but okay. Told him I wanted to ask him some questions on behalf of the American Cancer Society (literally doing research on how CBD is better for us than tobacco…) and he interrupted me and said, “not interested. Not interested. Not interested. Not interested.” over and over again without looking up, until I walked out.

What the f is wrong with people these days? Is that how you treat people??

Wonderful new addition to Edgewater Public Market. Infused has a curated selection of CBD products from outstanding producers. They also carry beautiful plants and Turkish rugs. I love the big mural on their back wall. Definitely worth a visit.

Horrendous customer service. I drove an hour round trip to the Boulder location to find out that the location is closed. I saw that there is this location in Denver, so I called to verify if they have the product that I need in-stock as this will add another hour+ of driving (not to mention the price of gas right now). It should have only taken a moment to verify products in-stock.

An individual with a male voice answered the phone with no greeting so I asked if I had reached ‘Infused’. He responded but the sound was jumbled, so I apologized that I couldn’t head and asked again if I had reached ‘Infused’. The individual responded, “well that’s who you called” and hung up. I have tried calling back several times, but they aren’t answering the phone now. I just wanted to verify if you have a product in stock so I can spend money at your store. I really need this product for my anxiety.

There are plenty of jobs available if customer service isn’t a good fit for your employees.

Edit: I did not use Google Maps to view the Boulder listing because I was previously your customer at this location and had no reason to use Google first in order to be a customer there. My review is regarding my customer experience, and your clear lack of regard for customer service as a retailer.

I just drove to Denver after not getting through to anyone and was met by the same rude individual. They did not have the item in stock and could have saved quite a bit of trouble by providing better customer service over the phone. I hope you have a better day!

Maybe the in-store experience isn't as bad, but definitely don't try asking any questions over the phone - man I was nothing but friendly until the end, yet I was treated like my question (re: hours of operation) was the dumbest thing he's ever heard. As if posted hours are always correct these days. And I am not one to say the customer is always right...they aren't...but I didn't do anything to deserve the extreme snark. Oh well, c'est la vie, I shall find a different CBD store.

The other reviews in response to customer dissatisfaction really says it all. I walked into this place on a sunny Sunday morning stoked on life. I left confused and feeling violated by the hostile environment the man behind the counter knowingly and intentionally creates. I agree with the other one star reviews, I have never encountered such horrible customer service as I did here.
To all that might dare to step into this establishment: do not dare to ask the man behind the counter a single question about any product in his store. If I remember correctly, I believe his policy is something like everything in the store is to be manhandled and if you still have questions, keep them to yourself lest you may be shooo’d out of the store like an animal. This dude is so quick to defend his bad behavior by trying to discredit every bad review on Google. Funny, when you click on most of the five star reviews it becomes clear these were written by “The Myth the Man the Legend” himself. Reviewing your own shop along with a few vendors in Denver, Boulder, and somewhere Connecticut, that happen to be neighbors to your three locations in these areas?!?!?? Cute dude. I’d be happy to post our entire online chat after the encounter if you’d like. This place will likely leave you feeling horrible, so my suggestion would be stay far away. As for the dude behind the counter, you clearly need to take a hint and go back to where you came from.You do not have any clue what Colorado let alone Denver is about and have no business doing business here.

Thanks for writing a novel as a review - sorry you are so angry because you didn’t want to touch the products and after explaining to you they are there to be bought and read you got aggressive. Self responsibility is important and doesn’t seem you have any accountability for your part in this as would be par for your type. Glad your day is so empty and life is so sad that you need to leave negative reviews or even have the time to write so much garbage. Your life is irrelevant and so is your review.

Bought it couple months ago, sadly the product died with 10-20 puffs. Tried to reach out to shop to check if they can check on the product or if battery had died. Sadly very poor customer support to keep in mind when shopping.

I really wanted to love this place, unfortunately the owner and staff are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. As others have mentioned in previous reviews the staff and owner seem to not care about customer service. Poor customer service is one thing but the way the owner has spoken to me is beyond rude. I thought I might be in the MINORITY in this situation but clearly the owner speaks to the MAJORITY of customers who have a bad experience at his store in this way just reading a few review responses. I tried to give infused CBD multiple chances to right multiple wrongs but instead I was accused and belittled over the phone and through email. I suggest you find another local business to support as these guys somehow managed to give cbd a BAD NAME.

Edit: Owner has released my personal contact info after shopping with him and has re listed his business to avoid bad reviews. Just google his business and see dozens of 1 star reviews due to his business practices.
