I had been going here for a while, mostly for replacement bowls, nails and parts. I purchased a nectar collector set that was supposed to have a quartz tip. After about three uses it breaks from heat. I go into the store to have it replaced and the lady tells me she can't replace it because she can't guarantee I didn't heat it up too much. Quartz doesn't work that way, and I tried to explain that. She was having none of it. So she offered to sell me a quartz tip at half price which I didn't like but I agreed to eventually. When I get home I got a good look at the new tip, and it has the same logo as my nectar collector! They switched out the one from the set to sell it separately for more money! This is a bait and switch! I will never shop here again, and it's a shame because it was convenient and usually fairly priced. Now I know why.
