Well I have been associated with RP&H for over a decade. In the last maybe 10 times I have been very disappointed with the service I was getting/ Not getting to the point it was no longer my first choice. Until yesterday the 25th of March 2021 at about 22:22. Which more often than not a business which would say it was open till 22:30 would've closed up shop by now. Not this time lol that means two things. An employee by the name of Andrew who wore prescription glasses was an absolute model of an excellent employee. Not only with his experience but his assistance in what I was looking for. I was so glad to have him there to be of great assistance 8n what was an emergency situation due to lack of products anywhere else. I just wanted to say an Xtra Thank you to him for all his help. His knowledge and great attitude will make my choice more clear next time I am to choose where to go for any accessories I may need in the future. Very down to earth, genuine owner and staff. I always get great discounts when I shop there. Another thing that I appreciate is that their online presence is very good. On Thanksgiving and Black Friday they had their holiday hours updated. Excellent staff, in every way. 5 stars

This place is so cool, they have very beautiful pieces and all at very very reasonable prices! Every time I come in the staff is very helpful and today, Shelby helped us get a new bong and did a great job giving us an amazing experience! Very much recommend to anyone!
