The five star rating is specific to the service and care I receive from my budtender Brynn Wagner. Brynn takes the time to catch up with me to see what my needs are for each visit, she takes time to explain why certain strains will be better for my current goal than others. She's a smiling face that you're immediately drawn to once you walk through the RMC doors. She is kind, caring, personable, and above all she makes you feel like you are more than just a sale. Even the instances when I visited the Dinosaur, CO location and an individual (I'm assuming the manager because of the harsh way she was talking to the team) was bringing down the morale and elevating the tension; I watched Brynn bounce around the store with a smile engaging both her co-workers and patients in light-hearted jokes or impromptu sing-alongs. In my three or so years of being a customer at RMC Dinosaur, CO Kyle, Brandon, & especially Brynn are the reason I continue to return. Anytime I recommend RMC to anyone I tell them to ask for Brynn. I truly hope that RMC corporate rewards their team for providing above & beyond care to their patients. There is nothing more off-putting than waling into your Canna-pharmacy and felling like you came to the wrong place; Brynn Wagner seems to instead make you feel like you just walked into the home of a friend. It would break my heart to learn that this company doesn't value the customer minded team player and advance them to further grow the business; but instead is stuck in an antiquated mindset that everyone is replaceable. Thanks Brynn for all your advice, guidance and kindness.
