I came here for the first time and I spoke to Adam I believe...I have been using CBD for years and this stuff is MUCH better than anything I've ever used. Whatever they're doing works...Quality is definitely a thing with CBD and I feel the way I did when I first started taking it years ago...I will ONLY be coming here now...The people here are very knowledgeable...You're not gonna find that everywhere trust me.. THIS IS A VERY HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT...My anxiety and overthinking are like totally shut off right now..

Great selection of quality products and at a reasonable price. The staff is caring as well, and cultivate a welcoming environment about the place. They always inform the customer if a product has trace amounts of THC in it (an unnoticeable amount by most people). Jayden is knowledgeable, helpful and best of all friendly! :D

What just happened here? I just witnessed an employee straight lie to a customers face. First off I bought a CBD product that I knew well aware was full spectrum so yes a tiny bit of THC. I have never heard of anyone actually getting high off this small of an amount but I DID! It was during a very inconvenient time and I absolutely hate the feeling of being high! And I was very high. I was told by a new employee to hold on to my reciept if they didn't work for me to bring them back and they could do some kind of exchange. When I got back to the store the very next day I told obviously a senior employee what had happened and wanted an exchange. He told me that they could not do anything because the bottle was open. Just then a nice couple of ladies walked in and heard the last end of my frustrations that I had been given wrong information. The employee asked me to hold on and started helping the new customers as if I was not even there anymore. Appalled at the customer service I said something after about ten or fifteen minutes. At this time as to not want other customers noticing my frustration with the establishment said he needed to call his manager to see if we could get any kind of credit. When he was in the back the woman and I spoke about how the product that was sold to me got me high. Jumping to the end, when the employee came back out I was please to hear that the manager was willing to give me my money back. Basically at this point just to shut me up. As I was looking at pet products with the possibility to still purchase from the store, the woman asked if there were any products in the whole store that could possibly make her high because she is very sensitive. The employee BOLD face told her "NO. There has never been any complaints of anything like that happening!!!" I was still in the store. The woman and I looked at each other eyes wide and I couldn't believe he just lied to a customer without even blinking. He obviously did not know the woman and I had spoke while he was in the back. This is YOUR HEALTH people. I would never shop at a place that would intentionally lie to me when my heath is concerned! Please beware.

I usually get my dog's CBD in Loveland. But I moved to FoCo. So many CBD stores. I chose Cannaco CBD as the pictures showed a much different layout. Very professional looking store. Jaidon was so helpful, kind, listened, and professional and nice to talk with. Thank you y'all! This is my new CBD go to store.

Love this place! Everyone who works in there is extremely helpful and kind and they have locally grown organic products as well. They also have a great rewards program, which helps the wallet. I will definitely continue coming to this store!

Being an individual that doesn’t react well to THC content, I have nothing but praise in regards to this store. I was introduced to non psychoactive healing properties that CBD can offer and feel dumb for being afraid to try it. I specifically enjoy the lavender scented lotions and body washes and have noticed an incredible difference in regards to the softness of my skin.

The staff there is very educated on all products and are very easy to talk to. They provide a comfortable atmosphere to ask questions and are always willing to help.

Was just in the store to pick up some products and it was an outstanding experience. I had tons of questions and the person working absolutely helped me. Great products, great knowledge. This is now my place to get CBD in Fort Collins.

Cannaco has a fantastic selection of local and all natural products. Adam was super helpful in explaining the different products he had to offer and choosing the one best for me. I HIGHLY recommend Cannaco and will be back soon.
