DO NOT RECOMMEND. Bought a Elf Bar from here and immediately it tasted weird so I QR code scanned it and it gave me a warning that it was a fake. I kept using it and when it started dying I put it to charge (Bought 2 of these) and both were not charging. So fake juice inside of it and also battery is non-rechargeable. Highly recommend just going to Up-n-Smoke 2 mins away where they sell real ones and are VERY consistent

Staff is very nice but the vapes they sell burn out within a few days and they offer no refund or replacement. Get your vape somewhere else !!!!

employee overcharged me by $30, then refused to give me a receipt. When we asked to speak to the manager/owner, the employeee got hostile and tried to fight my friend. Great customer service! lol

They sold me 2 batches of rotten kava and wouldn't let me return or exchange, seems like a common experience here so be careful what you pay for. It's unfortunate because the employees are so nice and they have a great selection.
I even opened the bag in the store before I left because I knew the last one was rotten, and they said the manager had to be there for an exchange, so I came back about 5 more times on different days before I got ahold of him. By that time he had already heard about the situation and knew my name but refused to let me return.

C’mon really? They sold me a DEFECTIVE CBD vape pen and will NOT let me return or exchange. Don’t buy from this shop and save your money instead -.- stupid policy...ripping people off...I rather go to another smoke shop where they respect and treat there customer right!

They make people sick with fake vapes! When they’re burnt (which is all the time) they won’t let you trade out. WELLMART IS WAY BETTER

They neglected to check ID and allowed my 16 year old daughter to purchase a vape. This would've been on 9/15 sometime between 7-9pm. When I called to speak with a supervisor regarding this I was refused. I was trying to allow you all to correct this internally but since the guy who answered the phone refused to help or let me speak to someone in charge, I've filed a complaint with the Fort Collins PD.

Very nice play to shop at had some pretty decent experiences there. My only complaint is when I was sold a defective botanika and couldn’t return. Check your stuff before you leave. Apparently they have a new policy where if you leave the store they can’t help you. I only left for 2 seconds and still couldn’t get help.

Tell your underage customers - who get high or vape in neighboring businesses’ parking spots because they can’t smoke at Mom and Dads house - to park somewhere else. An even smarter solution would be to check their IDs and tell them they aren’t old enough to purchase your products in this state, but we all know your history so 🤷♂️ Can’t wait to see what that recent raid reveals.

It was an amazing shop! They’re all so friendly there, we even got to bring our dog in, they adored her! The vapes we got were really good. The prices are really cheat and if you ask they’ll suggest good flavors! It’s all around amazing vibes from there
