I like this shop, but I don't understand why they're temporarily closed, I like the 5 dollar options they have on vape juices and the 5 dollar vape coils and they're located pretty close to me since I live pretty much up the road on Patterson, just wish they'd stay open when I have the money to get vape stuff lol.

I recommend this business to anyone, The Owner Suliman is so friendly. My husband, my sister and I have worked for Sul for many years.As well as have been a customer at all 3 store since day 1, I have bought many pieces from them and several diffrent people have helped me over the years and i have never had a BAD experience there. Sul is Very RESPECTFUL man, Kind hearted, takes care of his employees always, and his customers needs. He is always willing to help out where he can. He displays Great Customer service. I would give 10 stars if I could. I dont know what all these comments are about him and the shop. seems to me someone got salty when they were let go. All the employees at cloud 9 are exceptional, its a great experience. Dont let a few sour apples ruin it for everyone. This business is one that has been around for a while and has met the community neeeds for years. Go in a see for yourself that this place will always throw a deal, meet your budget, and YOU'll HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE, with EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. and I can gaurentee you will walk away HAPPY. Support your local business. dont bash them. and make things up.

Had a wonderful experience in here tonight! The girl working was absolutely incredible! I wish I could have gotten her name so I could mention her in the review. From the minute we walked in she was extremely helpful in our search for a glass piece she listened to what we liked and what we didn’t and gave us amazing recommendations based on our preferences. Not only was she extremely helpful but she is a wonderful employee! We walked in there to buy 1 thing and 1 thing only and walked out with TONS of stuff that we never even knew we wanted until she recommended it to us. I could not recommend this place enough even tho I’m raving about 1 employee this store is great! Wonderful selection and they had a ton of deals going on !

This place is the best smoke shop in town, huge selection from pipes, bongs, tobacco and Kratom. Kat always makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter and treats everyone like a regular. Best place for all your 420 needs.

Came in and bought a bottle of e-juice, of course it was mislabeled it's a zero instead of it three. And of course they won't do nothing about it. Don't come here unless you like dealing with people that can't take no self-responsibility. I bought it at smoke shop etc

I will not be going back to this shop the new employee's are rude I will miss Logan and kat they were so helpful they new the pieces and it was always good energy never bad 👎 me n my friends n family have bought so many pieces from those two the shop will never be the same it's straight up trash 🗑 now I could give zero stars I would 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼👎👎👎👎

I just sent my wife in to get a new piece for me and she explained that she had a horrible experience. Her and I go to this place quite frequently and we’re always helped by a young gentleman Logan, or his mother, today she was helped by a man named sulivan and she explained he was very rude, irritated and pervy. My wife was wearing shorts and he kept staring at her and following her uncomfortably and I will not be sending her here alone again. Very disappointed.

Awesome friendly staff members at this store.. very helpful. Great prices for rolling tobacco. And other items. Only recommend that a person buy tubes at smoker friendly. Being that smoker friendly has their own brand. tubes are cheaper there.

This is the best spot in town...bought a pod vape under a week ago and it wouldn't hold a charge but i gave them a call and they assured me others were haveing issue and i could exchange it. Most places definitely wouldn't but they are the exception. Very friendly and awesome service.

Absolutely the best place in town! Wouldbt consider going anywhere elsw. All the employees really know there stuff and are the friedliest of people! The deals rhst are offered you cant beat! Thanks for such an amazing experience.
