Red Star Vapor & CBD

Closed when they say they are open. Don't get me wrong, small shop and friendly, but they can't keep a schedule. Arrived at 1100 hours when they claim to open. Locked up tight. Stopped by a half hour later, still locked up. Happens at night also, 40 minutes until the close, and they are closed early. Happens all the time. To bad it is worth the hassle.

I consistently am very Loyal to Red Star Vapor on 35th ave and Greeley because from my second time going back to the same store I was greeted by name which was a huge impression. I am very impressed by how professional and how much expertise each employee has. Red Star Vapor has everything you need and all the knowledge from the employees you want to know. Red Star has a very welcoming ambiance and warm feel as you walk through the door, you are always greeted immediately. The employees are also fun but know when to be professional. I now have become a regular over the past year. I suggest Red Star to anyone, you wont be disappointed. Becoming a regular and getting to know Katie who is the Regional manager I believe ? Finding a great manager is hard. Being a manager myself and also working for 7 years at a night club in Scottsdale AZ I found working for managers who truly care when they see that you care makes a huge impact on morale and the want to continue going to work and making the company you work for look great because your managers treat you great. Katie seems to give that vibe which I believe has had a huge positive impact. O'Ryan, David, Travis and Trevor and I am forgetting a couple names of employees and I feel bad for this, they are all great, but my point is I am takin back at all of there professionalism. Forgive my long review but I really wanted to be detailed in this. I believe not only Red Star Vapor deserves kind words but the employees also need to be recognized for their hard work I see consistently see going in.

Working here out of town. Went in for some juice ended up walked out with a new mod, RTA coil build kit, cotton, and some pre made coils. David was very very helpful and didn't pressure me into anything and showed me everything I needed to know and I was building my deck within an hour of leaving and everything worked great. And all was very very reasonably priced and topped it all off with a 10% Military discount. Love this place.

I heard a lot of good things about this place and when I went they had exactly what I needed! BUT!!! In the past I have refused to go to a store known as vape core, I would not return to this store due to a certain employee, the exact same employee is at red star so I will not be back 🤷🏻‍♂️

Great selection of house and wholesale juices. No one beats their prices that ive found in Greeley. They also carry an affordable CBD selection. Good variety of gear as well. Staff is knowledgeable about all the products.

Great value for a brick and mortar store. Prices on par with on line sites for equipment. House juices are not bad and cheap cheap cheap. Staff has always been friendly.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Staff is extremely rude went to get a coil for my vape and was told to leave my two kids outside where not only is it 40 degrees out but there’s a possibly the could have got taken hit by a car whatever. I don’t get it since I had been in there before with them and never once told to leave them outside before. They need to go don’t say one thing then another. I will only ever shop at smokers depot better experience all around and way way way better to me period never once have I been told to leave my kids outside where anything could happen.

Staff is always helpful at helping fing an e liquid I enjoy. Lots of selections. And a decent selection of devices.

Love this store and the staff,,, however I can’t seem to get the rewards to work with my phone number 😕 but everything else is perfect
