This was the second dispensary we went to in Gunnison. The first one was fine...helpful, knowledgeable, professional, etc. But the folks here at Roots Rx blew that first place outta the water! They were extraordinarily personable and went above and beyond to help us in our purchase choices. Stefan ESPECIALLY was amazing...after mistakingly leaving our credit card there, he talked with us after the close of business to get details. Bright and early the next morning we got a text from him that the card had been mailed. He even took the extra time to make sure the card was securely wrapped in the envelope. Just don’t find that level of customer service very often! We will absolutely be going back to this place and this place only, next time we are out that way.

I love how homey it is there, unlike other places, you just walk right in to the counter. They made us feel very welcomed, respected, AND Tara and Magali helped us with any information we asked about the product. Their selection was very abundant! Also, if you need, there is curbside pickup as an option!! So thats amazing too for people who are worried about the covid 19 virus.

Living in gunnison the past 5 years I have had for the most part pleasant experiences at roots. Roots has good selection, knowledgeable staff and solid points. With that being said, in my opinion, they could use some customer service training. At times I feel rushed to shop, looked down upon for my lack of cannabis knowledge, or criticized for not spending enough.
Overall a 5/10 experience most of the time.
