There is too many people working there that are related or friends. I did not like the atmosphere after a certain person started working there. She looked like she was on crack. Brought it up to the manager and he said not possible. Didnt even say he would look into it. She continued to be rude to us and we were the ones that were being told we were rude. Very unprofessional atmosphere, cussing all the time.

I keep trying this place as I’m a local, however, the hay I bought last time was the final straw. The quality is just not there and it’s not like they are selling it at ridiculously low prices— it’s the same as every other place in town. I go in, the staff is rude, the selection is a joke and I get home, examine my product, and feel completely ripped off. There are better places in town and if you’re looking for a great deal, just go to the front range. What you spend in gas you get returned ten fold in quality and savings.

These guys have the best customer service in town! Out of all of the different shops of any kind, not just the dispensaries. And.... They don't just have better greens, they have the best greens. Lol They grow locally too so that's awesome!! We have gone to all the other dispensaries here, and for some reason or another we have been disappointed. If you are coming from out of town then I'd recommend going to Better Green's first. (Could save you time and money.) If they don't have what you want then you can try the others. Some other places here are higher priced, and the cheaper places seem to have lower quality products so it's up to you of course, but Better Green is our #1 go to out here!

This used to be my place to go. I was a very regular loyal customer. The last 2 times they have been getting irritated when I try to save money there. I ask to use my points and their attitude changes immediately. On top of that the selection has gone way downhill. I expressed how I didn’t like the look of any of their bud the last time I was there and Xavier got totally rude with me. Wouldn’t let me get the deals I always come for and totally treated me terribly. I left and said I was never going back and I haven’t. Called the manager to complain and he said it was my fault. So glad they treated me this way cuz now I go the extra 30 minutes to Rocky Ford to go to The Station. They have way better selection and are so happy to help you save money! Seriously just take a little extra time and go where you are treated like a person and not an irritation.

Came in from out of town and were Blown Away by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff, the cleanliness, the selection! The prices and discounts too! All around awesome! Cash only, ATM on site but Definitely a must stop at!! They deserve the stars, Mathew is awesome!
