I had the most positive and professional experience from a girl named Hannah working at the Longmont location! I usually go to the Fort Collins location, but when I learned that this one opened up closer to me, I had to check it out! Hannah gave me the best experience that I’ve ever had at a smoke shop in Longmont. The other “smoke shops” do not compare to Up ‘N Smoke! This will be my go to shop from now until the end of time! Highly recommend going here if you want to A++ customer service and to be treated with the utmost respect♥️😍

Came in for a carb cap and walked away a new customer for life! Customer service was prompt, extremely courteous and just a great experience. They have a wide variety of glass, both handheld and water as well as some vape products. Ashley informed me that anything I was looking for they didn't have she could order it or bring it in from another location! Class joint👍✌️
