I bought a vape less then 14 hours ago I tested it in the store hit fine and now it’s non stop hitting by its self and the most they can do is 25% after I just spend 30+ on a vape this place is trash everyone gives atleast 24 hours and if it defective you can go and get it replaced never buying from this store again never buy a vape from here there cheap and most likely will start hitting by itself

Kind of an akward experience, I went in twice yesterday 1st time I needed coils and juice and saw a vape they had I have been considering ordering online but decided against it at that moment, the guy helping me at the time was okay. The second time I went in that afternoon was to purchase the vape as my old one is just needing replaced and I had the time might as well, the original guy was still there along with another one who was the one "helping" me this time I went to look at the vape and asked if I could see it and he just stood there and then said I think so we only have the display open "that's fine" I just want to hold it see if I like how it feels in my hand I asked what colors were available and while he pulled them to see it was slow and overall felt like He'd rather be doing anything else, I bought the vape took it out in my truck and it said atomizer missing so I went back in to see why brand new he didnt help at all just said it's probably the sticker on the coil it should come off and stood there watching me figure it out, acted like he would refuse to touch it. As a somewhat inexperienced vape buyer it was just uncomfortable to have someone not interested in helping as the lady who helped me buy my first last yr had no issues taking it out and showing me how it worked or any of the other guys who have helped me previously when I had questions. I like the vape but it's all about the customer experience for me especially trying to learn and already being somewhat embarrassed its nice to leave feeling more knowledgeable not like Im being laughed at when I walk out I like going in and having a great experience not a super uncomfortable one I usually go to a different store in greeley for the sadboy juice when I'm there in town but this store is close to me and It's a bummer I don't feel like it's worth coming back to.

See this little guy? I made this little guy a few months back when it was ran by an amazing individual. I willingly paid an extra $1.28 per pack of American Spirits just for good conversation and great customer service. He never sold me anything I didn't want or need, but always found things I wanted or needed.
Now they are under new ownership. The new kid in there has manners gained from a shampoo bottle. He is very much American, but speaks English as well as those in Idiocrocy. Rude, bad conversation and NO CARE for my needs. I wish I could go into that store and snatch this bear right off the wall. They really don't deserve to have it, but I really don't want to go jail for being an Indian giver. Do I even have that right as a partial Native American?

Nice shop with a huge selection of pipes. Seriously tons of glass at all price levels so there’s something for everyone. We bought a couple of really nice hand blown water bubblers and a couple of small glass pipes. The service was great as was the quality. Nice to see a local shop supporting a local glass blower. Will definitely shop here again next time we visit!

The best! The young lady that helped me this evening was just wonderful. So helpful and friendly. I had a plethora of questions looking for some items for a friend and received a very high level of service. Great store, excellent staff, fantastic music, and the best vibes! My new spot!

I usually have a good experience here but I went and purchased 3 puff bar plus and 2 out of the 3 didn’t work and they don’t give refunds but let you buy another at 50% off not sure why an exchange can’t happen but 2 out of the 3 not working?!? I spend a decent amount of money probably won’t be buying from here again.

This place is my ultimate fave shop to go. They have a great selection, and the staff is pretty knowledgeable even though I'm not. And if you have a problem, they take care of it. They do care for their customers. Thank you for being awesome.
