I’ve been taking the Full Spectrum 2000 mg tincture as well as the soft gels. I take 1 soft gel during the day and a quarter dropper of tincture before I sleep. I had a ganlion cyst on the top of my left wrist for the last 10 years. It stuck out pretty far and looked gross! Once i started taking the CBD, it slowly started disappearing. Now, its down to almost nothing! My whole body feels great!
