This smoke shop sells DEFECTIVE BROKEN smoking accessories / vape batteries @ over fair retail value and refuses to refund worthless merchandise they failed to quality check.
There are many many much better places to shop, I promise.

Negative. Lying about the situation doesn't make I better. I did in fact purchase this defective battery at this location, I still have the directions in Google maps ! It isn't the customers job predict such matters as defective batteries, it's your job to prevent that from ever being an issue. Wether or not you still carry the product is not my concern, but there was indeed a pink and a black model in your case when I went in to show your NEW employees (not management) . regardless of your policy, You ripped me off, Plain and simple, and that is not the way one should do business.
