Like other reviewers, I found the the budtenders to be very impatient and arrogant. It's only cannabis and not rocket science. So there is no reason for the Billo staff to be so demeaning. The buying experience should be fun and informative. My several experiences at Billo have been anything but fun and informative. I have since shopped at other dispensaries in Steamboat where the customer service experiences have been much better. All dispensary cannabis is great nowadays. Therefore, I just want spend my money where it's appreciated.

Went and bought a half gram of a cartridge there (their brand) and not only was it ridiculously expensive, but it literally leaked everywhere and only lasted a week. Normally a half gram lasts us at least 1.5 months so this was incredibly disappointing, not only that, but the “high” it provided was mediocre. I would suggest another dispensary in steamboat and to not buy the billo brand- can’t speak to the rest of their products but the cartridges are hella disappointing. Also the budtender was super rude and short (we wouldn’t have cared if their stuff was good), but that’s an additional thing to add on.
