Wonderful costumer service. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs while the Breckenridge location was undergoing construction. Top-tier people, top-shelf products, awesome results. I will say this: they do cost a pretty penny, but if you have trouble sleeping or high anxiety it’s well worth it. Life-changing! Cheers and thanks again for the good vibes.

On 1/21/23 I came to this store intending to leave with product. I WANTED to buy, but the “sales associate” was so unpleasant that I had no choice buy to leave empty handed. He (blond male) was so invested in watching something on his phone that he truly could not be bothered to even maintain enough eye contact to PRETEND that he wanted me to buy anything. I attempted to ask him for help, but he was so short with me that it was clear that he really only wanted me to leave so he could get back to being on his phone in peace (which is absurd, since my presence in the store did nothing to interrupt his viewing experience). And for clarity, I am not old. Being only 23 but having worked in retail and customer service for many years, I offer a lot of grace and benefit of the doubt to sales associates so I can understand somebody having a bad day and not being on their A-game. But the fact that I was being ignored because he was watching what looked to be a FOOTBALL game was completely unacceptable. As much as I wanted to, I just couldn't allow myself to validate such poor customer service with purchasing anything—something I have never felt compelled to do ever. Hopefully my experience is an isolated incident, although it is unlikely that I will return in the future.

Great selection of products, I found exactly what I was looking for to relieve muscle pains. Everything was high quality and very effective. Plus the guy at the counter, Jay was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was so friendly and answered all of our questions. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Vail!

Ive been a believer in cbd for a long time. I have both joint and gastrointestinal inflammation issues and have really seen improvement with my symptoms. Just moved to vail from Oklahoma and these guys knows their stuff, owner is super friendly and knowledgeable.

I am sooooo greatful for this shop. I love CBD, I really struggle with anxiety and anything with THC makes my anxiety worse. The CBD has changed my life. It's right in Vail Village. Any of the dispensaries have too much THC for me to handle. When I found this shop I was so excited. I don't like medications, I've found that CBD especially from this shop, has helped me so much.
