Very nice place! We usually use their Danbury location to purchase flower but they were closed today so we ventured off to take a look at their Monroe spot. Absolutely beautiful and Joanne is so nice! They unfortunately did not have any flower or smokeables but had everything else from topicals to pet products! Although she didn’t have exactly what we were looking for she didn’t let us leave without help! She referred us to someone down the street that would have the flower we’re looking for. Very nice lady and unsure if they usually offer smokeables and today was an unlucky day or if they simply just focus on all the other wonders of CBD! All in all a great store that has something for everyone!

The whole team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It’s always a pleasant experience when I make a visit to the store. They always have a smile on their face and you can tell their heart is definitely in the business. I’ve met Joanne and Amanda and they are both exceptional workers and I would definitely recommend making a trip to this store for all your CBD needs.

Wow! Joanne knows her stuff! We were educated on the ins and outs of cbd and are trying some gummies, a topical lotion and water solvable drops! It’s a lovely store with high quality products. My husband tested some of the lotion on a painful tendon in his arm while there and within minutes the pain was gone! Can’t wait to try the other products we bought! I’ll update the review when we do!

Joanne made our experience was pleasant. She is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She will answer ALL questions you have! we did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase or steered in one direction. Her suggestions cater to your needs, not the most expensive products in the store. She suggests you try it first to see if you like then make a larger investment.
She has a wonderful rewards program so I will definitely be repeat customer.
The product itself Works and is high quality, additionally it also has won several awards!

I have heard good things about the benefits of CBD. At age 61 (a “young” 61), I am always in search of products offering better quality living.
A quick search on Facebook turned up a new CBD Store in Monroe Connecticut and I decided to take a look.
From the moment I walked into the store I was taken with the motif and decor — wood plank flooring, whitewashed wall displays, welcoming furniture and light blue walls. There is a soft and dreamy scent in the air.
I was welcomed by ‘Joanne’ who has both a professional and easygoing manner about her (no pushy salesperson here). Her knowledge and enthusiasm about the products shined through as she educated me on the benefits of the many products that are available.
After discussing my daily routine and health and life goals, Joanne made recommendations for me.
We decided upon the Sun Med Topical Cream (the peppermint scent is exhilarating and the cream itself has a great consistency) and the Delta-8 tincture; one spritz under the tongue gives me a great overall feeling.
I recommend this this store highly and look forward to trying new products in the future.

Highly recommend this store! Joanne was very knowledgeable about the products as well as nice, friendly, and courteous! You even get to sample the products when you are there. If you suffer from anxiety and are tired of being prescribed SSRI’s (antidepressants) or benzodiazepines, then I highly recommend you get educated on the great things CBD can do for your body. Joanne will answer all your questions and if she doesn’t know the answer she is honest about it. Again, get in there and see what your missing!

I would have to say the best customer service I’ve seen in any CBD store location explains how things work for the best she thinks would be use for any scenario and will answer any question to the fullest. Gives a very nice welcoming background on her self. I would definitely recommend coming here to the Monroe CBD store if you’re looking for a good customer service and a person that will explain what everything is in good detail!!!! And if you’re not sure about a product just ask the question I’m getting test samples.
