June takes into consideration all of his clienteles needs. he's very knowledgeable of each product that he stocks. And won't carry a product that he doesn't believe in. Anytime we have a question, or need assistance, we know exactly where to call , shop, or send a friend. Nice job, sir!! And ty.

I am 51 it had absolutely nothing to do with I. D. Lol. You didn't have hardly anything in your store to sale. I am a huge fan of Cloud 9. I go to the Memphis Tn store often. The worker was rude and no selection in the store.
Just For now
Was in PCB on vacation, wanted a souvenir. Went to 3 different establishments that carry similar products. This place by far had the best selection. The guy running the place taught me a little about glass real quick, gave me a great price and an amazing product. Very pleased with my visit, would absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

Never open when they are supposed too. Owners full of excuses, overpriced products and a staff that honestly couldn't even cut it at McDonald's! What a joke

Cloud 9 is the best shop you can shop on the beach friendliest of service and the owner is very knowledgeable in his product l first came here over four years ago was the first shop I ever shopped in and I'm never going anywhere else now knowing the owner as well as I do consider him family probably one of my closest friends I've ever had he's always there trying to help in any way he can keeping in parameters with whats going on in the world but make sure you stop by and see him I promise you will not be disappointed by any means my hats off to the owner 🎩❤️💯👏🙏😎

Excellent business fair prices and great quality items, the guys who work in the tobacco shop are really friendly and honest people, was really a great experience they helped me pick a quality yo dabbba starter kit that my friends and brother told me I got a really great deal on the bundle after looking up online I got everything for half their retail value. Supportive to local artists and generally a pleasure doing business with.

Awesome shop! Great selection of beautiful glass pieces. And, the only shop Ive found to carry hemp wick. Super helpful customer service too! Been to a few shops on the beach, and Cloud 9 is by far my fave!

Well my in-law was trying to decide on a cigar to buy then suddenly got accused of stealing by someone that claimed to be the owner. Not only lost a sale from me personally, but I will make sure anyone I know avoids this location to make any kind of purchase due to the terrible customer service.

Terrible not even open when it states cause “they don’t wanna open and be exposed to COVID” laughable establishment also it’s just a vape shop connected to a souvenir shop? There was 3 workers and both doors were locked to the vape shop. And yes i’m of age but if you don’t unlock your doors no one will come especially when your info says “sometimes don’t wanna open on monday LOL or when not busy” Are you guys apart of the souvenir shop? If so maybe unlock your doors by 11 lol
