i love coming into this smoke shop, it’s real close to home, very convenient.. also Leticia was very helpful, also introduced me to the Blazy Susan cones.. so i can’t wait to give those a try, thank you so much! definitely recommend & will be back

I came in yesterday looking for a vape to help me quit smoking, Leticia recommended the 0 nicotine elf bar, She was extremely polite and courteous and very knowledgeable about the products. The store was very organized and tidy. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!…..This place is poorly run….and no one is familiar with the products they sell or even products at all…I told the manager I came in twice over the weekend 1st to buy a bad pen was hyped and sold the dip…. Came back let another guy know the “device isn’t pulling correctly and Im not feeling it” guy tells me “you can get a refund on the weekday by a manager” he told me to go to the Kendall store and check out more options I did I got the YoCan mini. Today is Monday I met the manager and guess what….I can’t return the dip pen and I unfortunately gave them more of my money thinking I’m going to be refunded …..I was misinformed twice and was told she could give me a discount next time……WHY WOULD I SHOULD HERE AGAIN MAM?!?!!!!!
Btw also if some very irresponsible person hypes this up don’t buy it please!!!!
AGAIN AVOID FEEL GOOD SMOKE SHOP ALL TOGETHER

I found this shop though a regular search on Google. Their shop is in a great location in Cutler Bay with shops all around to eat/shop. The store has a fantastic inventory. I had to come back a 2nd time for an exchange and they were super helpful. The staff is awesome. They listen, recommend and are extremely polite. I highly recommend the shop for products and of course the amazing staff. 5 out of 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a battery just one month ago and it’s defective tried exchanging it and the girl that was there is a clueless first try telling me I bought this 4 days ago and me telling her I didn’t purchased this 4 days ago and he counting with her fingers to me like I didn’t know how to count from 27 to the 1st ! Mind you I questioned her again telling her AUG 27 and today is OCT 1 and she kept arguing with me saying this battery doesn’t look like it’s 4 days old !!! HELLLLOOO I HAD TO TELL HER AUGUSTTTT DOESNT COME BEFORE OCT, final of story she very unexperienced no knowledge person running that place and she saysssss she the manager ! Lol
Long story short they sell defective items and can’t own up to it
