started coming around when they first opened and it’s only gotten better with time! a bit pricy but with the rewards and the above average products it’s definitely worth stopping by, the staff is always friendly and willing to recommend something if you’re not sure what to get. anything you could want/need they’ve got multiples! this is a great shop with amazing staff and their rewards program is 100% worth it.

I bought a puffco product from holly smokes and they Refused to replace it, even though it was clearly damaged. they told me to personally contact the puffco store because of a warranty, holy smokes Should have responded me with I replacement for the product I bought in their store. Extremely disappointed from the store and gave me a really horrible customer service, Their manager Alex and the worker Jasmine where not a all helpful with this situation. Not recommend to buy any puffco product in this store, if its damage, they will not respond and you personally have to do all the work to get a replacement. unbelievable.

It's not every day when I'm even near to tempted to switch brands, but the guys here know what they're talking about and they back it up with some incredible product. If you want to go to a shop that has great service and competitive prices, then I would definitely recommend Holy Smokes in Doral. I always feel welcomed and they always make sure I leave with a working disposable or they change it before I leave. They also have a really good glass selection for my boyfriend so he always like to shop with me

Man honestly I would give them 100 stars for how Chris went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I called in to buy a puffco but they were sold out everywhere pretty much. Chris told me he can get me one the following day right usually stores would say that or say their out right well the next day Chris called me to follow up ON HIS DAY OFF telling me he’s personally going to get it for me. I was like wow you know that’s crazy but I was like eh maybe he’s just saying that. Well next day sure enough he had it for me. If that’s not amazing customer service and everything you can possibly say idk what is I even had to give him a little extra cause how amazed and grateful I was to him. No lie I’m a customer for life !
