The first time I went to this location was in the evening 2 to 3 days prior to my second visit. There was a young lady working and a gentlman whom may have been a manager or owner. When i asked about a product the person who was helping had said there was a special on it and it was 39.99 i also purchased another item that was 1.99 so the total came out to 42.79. I was extremely pleased. Now on my second visit a few days later when i was walking to the store there was a guy outside asking me if i was going in there and to give him a second that was posting something online for the store. I replied ok take your time. He proceeded to his car then came back. When i walked in he said wow you are the first customer of the day. I looked at what i wanted and asked.if hed reccomend the same product but different variant he then grabbed one of the items took off the lid and said he liked this one. I said ok ill take it
He rang it up and the price was $10 more not including tax explain that i was here a few days prior and that the i was charged less. I told.him it was a young lady. He relied oh she was fired and that he didnt eant to lose his job. So i just bought it and also didnt realized till i had gotten home that the last time i bought this there was a plastic seal on it. I then called the store he answered and explained what happened to him. The guy then tells me oh i took off the seal when i showed it to you. I told him no that wasnt true you just grabbed it from the top shelf and opened it .there was no seal which had to meant he had used this item left it on the top of the simaliar products and then recommend it to me because someone or most likely he had used it. I also noticed that it was not as full as it was the first time. I proceeded to ask him when was the manager coming in he said you can talk to him later today. I proceeded to call from a different number and different voice and asked him if when the manager was coming in that i was told to call and meet for an interview and he then lied and said that there was no one coming in today. I then called again from another number where he then aswered the phone in a rudely manner instead of saying the holy smokes can i help you he just answered were open and i said excuse me he said again were open then hung up. Now i realized why he said wow your the first customer. Well maybe no one comes during your shift because hes been ripping people off. Even if the lets say the item isnt on special anymore still the product was previously open and i paid $53 dollars and some change and he didnt even give me a reciept. This guy shoudnt be working here red flags popped up especially when he mentioned workimg there a month and didnt want to get fired. I proceeded to call one of their other locations and explained what happened. They said well if you come to this location we can exchange it for a similar product since there they didnt have that brand. I said no because the drive is extremely far that would actually cost me more fuel and time. So i just made a complaint. I would recommended this place with 5 stars without this guys experiece there cause he ruined it for me. Sorry to give three stars this place was great the first time but the second time with this young guy working i wouldnt go back

Thanks for replying, but making me buy another item for half the price is not giving the opportunity to make things right. As I said, I opened the product in the store and it didn't work, it is not my fault or any other clients fault that your vendor does not give you credit, you cant expect people to just spend more money because "its not your fault, my vendor doesnt give me credit" I bought it from Holy Smokes.
Anyway you lost a customer who goes there 3+ times a week!!!

Love this shop, this guy named Chris always hooks it up and is always honest about thing. He has a good heart and he's a very hard working and a very good multi tasker. Props to this guy

Great place to get all your smoke shop needs. Very professional employees and quality products. Constantly having great deals on their best items, so take advantage of that.
