Lotus Vape & Smoke Shop - Fort Myers (Unit 138)

Came up on vacation an Christine an jay were tremendous! Great customer service and very knowledgeable about all products. 12/10 will be back. Worth the hour drive!

Many better options around town. First off, this store is extremely overpriced. The owner will mark things super high and then offer you a “deal.” It’s insulting honestly and shady. I also found out the owners last store (in fort Myers diff location) was raided due to the owner selling spice. You can see this online if you were to look it up. They will sell old stale products without batting an eye. No masks, so no regard for their customers saftey or health. Shady shady place. Employees are overworked and underpaid. Look elsewhere.
(UPDATE) : my name is Felicia...and this reply proves how he runs his business. Very unprofessional. It seems he must have an issue with another person to the point where he is publicly attacking the wrong person? He will no longer be getting my business.

I love coming in every time I do the people working have a very personable and professional service with me and any costumer they are assisting. The service is very efficient and consistent I don’t have to wait I’m always being asked if I need help or if I can be assisted the environment is very welcoming and it is definitely one of my favorite shops to go into without a doubt really the only one I prefer to go to! Keep it up and just know I am always welcoming you guys and giving you guys shout outs when I have new pieces 😊 thank you ! 😊

Huge inventory and plenty of options, disposable e-cigarettes are a little on the steep side though, could probably find them cheaper in Fort Myers. Definitely have the best selection that I’ve seen here so far.

I have bought from here before. Had one bad battery and they were helpfull to trade it for another one. I recommend this shop. I went to a different shop and i regret shopping their now. I will be going to this shop again it a lil out of the way but worth it.

I was very pleased with the shop but the product I received was terrible. I had bought a carb cap and the first time I used it, it cracked from the heat and broke. I even asked the guy if it was tempered glass and he said yes. Of course when I called the only thing they wanted to say was I'm sorry and now I'm out 15 bucks. I will definitely never buy any more products from Lotus Vape and will advise my friends to do the same so they don't fall victim to the same thing. What a disappointment.

Well Sunny I called the shop to see if you were there and was told you wouldn't be there till Monday afternoon. I'm glad I didn't drive back ASAP like you said because you wouldn't have been there and it would have been a wasted trip again. I appreciate the response but I think it was more about saving face than actually taken care of the problem. I also understand the fact that there's no warranty on glass but when your employee tells me it's tempered glass and it's obviously is not, well that's just not a good way to do business. No need to respond back, it will not make a difference.🤞

Wish I could remember the employees name that helped me pick out a device.. I've been in there quite a few times & have never seen her- I'm assuming she was new to that location/company. Very personable, passionate, knowledgeable, etc.She really listened to what I needed and was patient I just can't say enough good things about her. She's a mother of 3kids and after smoking 2pks a day for 20years, she's proud to b a non-smoker for the last 3years. Good vibes & an inspiration-she should b appreciated by her employer... with a raise! LOL.

I've met the owner he was real nice and laid back. He hired two employees, a girl and a guy. Their customer service seriously sucks. Every time I go in there, it takes like 10 minutes to find one coil, also they refuse to let customers use the bathroom. Super weird.

Came in because I saw some cool products on Kristians snap and I had to buy them. She was amazing and made it all so easy. 10/10 will be coming back

Most of the employees are friendly and helpful, however the manager acts as if he knows everything and is rude. I do not like being talked down to. If he is there then I go somewhere else.
