Josh was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. I had shopped from New Leaf for years and they were instrumental to helping me quit smoking. But due to New Leaf's inability to ship orders anymore because of PACT, I was unable to get what I needed anymore and have yet to find a store in my state that carried anywhere near the quality of juice I use to get from New Leaf. When I discovered Gainesville had a store, I called there and spoke with Josh. It's difficult to express how helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable Josh was. Long story short, the store had what I needed and I made the 1 1/2 hour drive to the store's location. When I arrived, Josh was so accommodating it blew my mind. Usually when I go to a vape store, I ask for what I am looking for, personnel would check me out, and that was that. Josh hit me with a boat-load of additional information and info about my juice, other juices, provided me in-depth knowledge of changes in the vape community due to policy changes, and offered me excellent recommendations for new juices I might be interested in. Just amazing! I left with a big ol' smile on my face, happy I made the drive, and resolved to return to that store again. Thank you so much Josh for providing me the best customer experience I've had in years, and thank you New Leaf for existing and continuing to thrive!

I had an amazing shopping experience. Laney was my sales person, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained all of the different MODs and flavor options they had available. I was even able to sample the different types and flavors of juice before I made my purchase. This is my new go to for vape supplies. Thanks again Laney for all of you help!

Try this shop. The place is so clean and organized. I got excellent recommendations and help selecting some disposable devices from the staff. One of the flavors wasn’t as good as I had hoped, but they offered me a second flavor for no charge. I’ve also had defective devices replaced at no charge to me. They want to make sure you enjoy the products your choose!
