Ozzy is great! We had a great experience here, Ozzy is very helpful, patient and knows his stuff. The flavor selection is good and the vape sticks selection is good too. If you vape or want to vape this is the place to go in homestead. Thanks Ozzy, we'll be back!

First visit was great. The gentleman who was working was super friendly and helpful. Thought I’d found a great place. I bought a SMOK NORD. I went back a few days later to purchase again, something more portable but they’d had a killer weekend and what I was looking for was sold out, no biggie I went the next day. Same man as the day before but different from the first guy. Purchased a vape pen. Throughout he was disingenuous with his help and rude at one point when he looked at me and said ‘Lady, I’m trying to help you’ I’d been trying to explain something to him. The pen I bought was an older model he dug out of a desk cabinet that was difficult to fill and I went in to return it the next day. Instead of just taking it back he opened it and began to fill it himself and said ‘See, easy’ He was being a smart aiss. I ended up buying another Nord. Well these things leak, both of them. When I goggled the problem I found out it’s a common complaint. When they leak it’s into the contacts and until you clean all the wasted oil out it won’t turn on.
I’m gonna eat the loss of 2 Nords and one box of coils rather than go back there again.
You may get better service if you’re Latino

I wouldn't go anywhere else they make you feel like family. I can get the same products on line and at a better price, but you don't get the personal attention as I get in the store.
