Came into this smoke shop to get more coils for my fiancé’s vape after we just had finished getting ice cream! We found the coils we needed and then picked a new flavor for our vapes! as we went to cash out RIGHT NEXT to the register they have edibles with advertising that made me ask if they contained “marijuana”! The sale associate said no they don’t and simply said they just promote overall wellness. So I said “oh okay hemp is usually weed though right?” And I was then asked to LEAVE THE STORE and couldn’t make any purchases! I was shocked and confused. The sales associate then showed me a hidden sign that says “speaking of illegal substances is not prohibited” or something very close to that sort! I was simply asking for clarification and without any type of warning I was told I couldn’t make my purchases and needed to go! I literally was asking questions anyone would ask before buying something they would consume FROM A SMOKE SHOP!
NO WARNING WAS GIVEN. Asked about a product that was listed as HEMP makes me wonder what’s really going on.
