I visited the San Jose store recently and was extremely pleased w the service. Erika, the manager did an excellent job. It started with a warm greet as I entered the store. I had a few questions and she answered them all as well as gave informed suggestions. She spoke highly of the store and the Sun Med products. She did a great job engaging and signed me up for in store rewards as well. Erika is a great manager and representative of your company. Great job all around Erika!!!

I have used this store location for several yrs. and it is always a pleasurable experience. The staff, Brianna and Erika are very friendly, knowledgeable and answer any question I have. They are patient,, give you all the time you need for questions , choices and/or changes in your selections. . I pass several CBD stores each day, but wouldn't trust or use anyone but Your CBD Store. You have certainly made a difference in my life where I needed it and "Thank You'" for your service!!!

It was not an easy decision to try CBD for our daughter. We were hesitant to order items online, because I was concerned about the quality of the products. A friend recommended this store, so we decided to give it a try.
The environment is very welcoming. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They always take the time to answer our questions and even had samples to try.
We have had great success with the gummies and chocolate that we got there, but they also have other items.
They have a reward program and send emails with discounts/sales.
We have already been back and will be regulars.

I can’t say enough about this place. I found this store a month ago after doing a Google search for CBD vapes. Erika listened to my concerns and needs, and she directed me to the SunMed Grape Ape vape. It is PERFECT. Completely negates my anxiety without sedation, yet somehow it also helps me sleep. I introduced my husband to it, and he’s sold. This weekend, I shared it with my Mother who has never been a good sleeper, and she said the last two nights have been the best she’s slept in years.
