The owners of this small business are absolutely wonderful. I have no complaints whatsoever. They are always smiling and provide a warm welcome whenever we go into the store and they are also highly knowledgeable with the different products that they sell. I do not sleep well and they have gone above and beyond in doing additional research to help me with my sleeping issues. I'm very particular when it comes to customer service as that has been my entire career but as mentioned previously there are no complaints whatsoever and I highly recommend this store to anyone. Thank you for everything that you have done for us. It is greatly appreciated and I look forward to continuing our relationship.

I have been using Purely CBD in Lake Mary for over a year and Sarah and her husband have been amazingly helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable in helping me. I suffer from insomnia and many physical ailments after serving 30 years in the military. The CBD oil they recommended has been better than the prescription medication and treatments. Even after moving out of state, Sarah still has been amazingly helpful and shipped my order to me, and followed up to make sure I received it. I never write reviews, but this one is certainly warranted! They are the nicest people you will ever meet.

I’ve been in here a few time and each time without fail I find myself in a fun educational environment. Sarah takes a few minutes to explain all of their products in great detail (which is most appreciative) and they’re such lovely people! They even let dogs inside so my anxiety ridden dog got to come relax inside. They even took the time to educate my dad better on the benefits and uses of CBD when he was not the most pleasant client to have. Truly appreciating this amazing place & people! Not to make their products are amazing!

Sarah and Sam were wonderful hosts in my very first visit. Sarah took about 10 minutes explaining all of their products, their uses, and what they help with. She asked me different questions as well as my preferences to make a recommendation. It was extremely refreshing walking into a store that had caring enough owners to not just let me buy any random product just to get the sale, but to help me find what I like and what works for me.

This place is amazing. The customer service is above and beyond what you would ever imagine. The products are amazing. They have helped me with my old dog that is suffering from dementia.. they are giving me more time with my best friend. And I will always be in there debt for it.. this place is such a blessing and such a great experience from the moment you walk in! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Sarah the owner is amazing, she is very knowledgeable and helped me to understand which product would work best for my teenage daughter and her constant headaches. I am excited with my purchase and look forward to trying other items. And Sarah has an awesome personality we had a lot of fun.

Full disclosure: I have never stepped foot in this place, BUT my fiancé stops in regularly to get CBD for our dog, and when I tell you I have to listen to him rave about this place for half an hour every time he comes home... I mean it. He goes on and on about how amazing the service is and how grateful he is for all the help he receives. He always tells me the owners are the kindest people and really go out of their way to answer all of his questions. The products he brings home are always amazing, but nothing beats the good mood a trip to Purely CBD puts him in.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! After walking into the shop I immediately knew I made the perfect decision for myself. Aside from the gummies that help me get the sleep that I desperately need the energy and vibes are so beautiful!
