Love this place! The first time we went in, we were new to vape, but Tai is amazing and super knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and we had an awesome experience. The next time we went in, she recognized us and we had a long conversation. She’s super personable and friendly. I was in there for at least 15 minutes, the girl there was on her cellphone talking the whole time while I was waiting to try and buy some products. She continued staying one the phone and her conversation as we stood there waiting and I was being obvious on needing help. The entire time I was ignored and all I wanted was a disposable vape and to ask questions on pricing and how a few other products worked. Won't be getting my business again
