Went in here for the first time guy recommended something very expensive for aid with sleeping. Seemed very helpful, I spent over $100 and gave him a tip. Here's the problem he didn't tell me about their horribly restrictive return policy. Had he told me they take NO RETURNS, not even willing to do an exchange, no way I would have bought the largest size. I would have gotten the smallest size. Of course they had in TINY writing on the bottom of the receipt (counting on you not reading it) the terrible return policy, but why would you not make sure you tell someone buying something new that they should get the smallest and cheapest size. Because you make way more money if you don't. Again the least you could do is offer an exchange. So they got me for more than $120 dollars and I gave them the product back since I certainly couldn't use it. Great job guys. Not often you get tipped for taking someone's hard earned money.
