My first being in alternative I was a little skeptical but Emmanuel, Ciari & Dez show me around the store and I was amaze by the products they had to offer in the store. It was clean and fully stocked I defiantly gotta come here again and shop with them. If ya ever if Miami pay them a visit!!!! Ya won't be disappointed.

So I recently went to the store as I'm a regular and I frequent the area from time to time. I was saddened to see that more than half of the employees and staff had left the store on short notice. I was told it was due to mismanagement of the higher ups and mistreatment to the employees by those running the company. The new employees aren't as welcoming as the older ones were, they are also not as knowledgeable, and they're constantly trying to push products that I know I don't need. Its more like a sellers trying to coerce you to buy more, mind you these people work on commission, and the lady running things, I think her name is More? She's the one that profits from the employee's hustle, which is why she's pushy on skin care because of the high profit turn yield. I will no longer shop at this store, it's sad because it was so welcoming and such a great place to learn from. Also the new Manager is extremely vulgar. I will stick to Miracleleaf from now on.
