I recently purchased a piece of high end glass from Casa via a phone call and social media. They were very helpful and the service was top tier. They shipped the item the next day and tossed in a limited addition hoodie and a few other cool items for free. Communication from them was great. This is one of the farthest shops from my house but it’s worth every drive every time because the customer service they provide is just as good as all of their products! I go mainly for the customer service because that is what most of the other shops lack. So not only do I get treated well but I always get a good deal and walk out of there happy as hell! The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Pretty much any questionnyou have they can answer and if they can't they will do their best to find it. There is a variety of merchandise. I love the t-shirts. Papers, glass pieces, pads the every personality. They even sell incense. The parking lot gets packed sometimes but you can usually find a space.
