I have been using the Sleep gummies for the past 2 months and I’ve never slept better. I often suffer from early AM insomnia when I wake up before the alarm and can never get back to bed, however these gummies help me sleep through and get a solid nights sleep.
My typical dose is about 1/3 to 1/2 a gummy 20 minutes or so before bed. You can feel your eyes getting heavy and before you know it you are in a deep sleep. Also, nothing unnatural and no grogginess when you wake up.
