Terrible customer service calling over the phone and the person who answers acts as if they have lost their soul. The people who work here dont even vape either so they never have input on flavor selection

I bought a juul charger and some pods. The charger was really expensive and the pods had a disgusting burning taste. I would return all these but the don't accept refunds or even exchanges. I'm never going back to this shop.
