Great Service Helpful Staff Good Recommendations Will Visit Again

Terrible Experience Rude Employee Bad Attitude Poor Customer Service

I had a terrible experience over there. I had been customer about 2 years in this store.... The employee, the tall young girl treated me like a criminal. She was very aggressive with me when she ignored me when i come in to the store, then i told her if she can attend me. She was rude and she had bad attitude. I don't know if i will return again...And i never recommend this place. The assistant manager just apologize, but the girl continue working there.

Poor Quality Short Lifespan Multiple Failures

Update. The battery I originally bought was a type B and shorted my g priv 3 after a few months of use. These lithium ions should last 6 months-year for what you spend on them. I know sometimes this isn't the shops fault although iv had this happen in multiple instances
