A Plus Tree Service
Do not buy Ignitus 11X. It ruined our best New Port torch that we use to burn ropes after being cut. The butane bottle also leaked liquid everywhere. Not a trusted brand. Buy at your own risk. :/
Cashier is always nice and respectful. 5 stars on that.

Brian was super helpful. While I was there we had some good conversation and he gave me a lot of info on the products. 10/10 i would definitely recommend this shop. There is a lot of variety in the store and there was no awkward vibes. Will definitely be coming back anytime I need something.

I went In and found Leah not only pleasant down to earth and knowledgeable but also very beautiful, bonus .Some man will or is very lucky to have a woman who is not only very smart and motivated but also a gorgeous woman who has a very kind way about her. Terrible customer service. I made a purchase and the product was faulty, it was a clearly a manufacturer error. I returned to the shop within 15minutes and I was refused an exchange. The store manager claimed it's a legal policy, however no sign is posted that the store does not accept exchanges or returns, I was not notified at time of purchase they have a no return/exchange policy and no law exists that denies customer exchanges of faulty products.
I advise to shop somewhere else, poor selection, everything over priced, and terrible customer service. Worthless store, will not be in business much longer.

Bought a new glass pipe piece and once I unwrapped it I noticed a small crack by the mouthpiece of the pipe, I went back to the store literally within less than an hour after I purchased it to exchange the pipe but was told I couldn't, I wasn't told there was no returns or exchanges at the time of purchase. If I was told I would've taken my time and inspect the piece more carefully but despite me being a previous customer buying glass water pipe pieces for hundreds of dollars for both me and my friends and regularly coming to the store for smoking supplies I will not any longer tho due to this customer service issue.

I get Kratom sometimes for the gym as a preworkout. Been there a couple times now. No complaints, owners aren’t weirdo stoners (or at least I can’t tell 😜). Genuinely friendly, happy people. I’ll keep going here.

Very unpleasant experience. Attempted to purchase a vape pen from this store. The man behind the counter was quick to mention his 9 years of experience with vape pens but in fact knew very little if anything at all about vape pens. He directed me to a model which I purchased and brought home to find out it was the wrong size. Which the salesperson failed to mention anything abouy sizes. I attempted to return the unused product and was told no. Not only could I not return it but I couldnt switch it out for what I needed. Which they didnt even carry anyway. This store should consider new sales people. Waste of money and time. To have to go to another store to pay more to get what I needed. Zero star rating.
