The will not stand by the products they sell. What I bought was defective and they basically just apologized and tried to get me to buy a replacement. I thought I must have misheard but it turns out yes they wanted me to buy something else from them when they won’t even give an exchange on a product I bought two days before and is clearly defective. Stay away, better off buying online at lower prices because this place won’t back their products anyways.

This store has an amazing selection with a huge inventory, the lowest price, and really nice customer service. I also like the location as they are on 41 across from Home Goods. This store is definitely the best smoke shop in SW Florida.
