Visited here at least 4 times now. They have really good product and are consistent. Never have I waited more than 10 minutes before I was seen. The staff is really nice too. Michael helped me, he was very fun and informative. He made the process engaging. I'll be back for sure.

First time at Trulieve & I will never go anywhere else! As soon as you walk in your greeted & given a warm smile by the woman in the front (didn’t get her name sorry). Very quick, not a long wait & the staff is amazing! I was helped by Amy & she was super sweet! Very knowledgeable of the products & loves to help! I went to pick up a first time order & the whole process was easy even for my first time, Amy even helped me change & add some things that were better for me. I ended up walking out with a bunch of stuff at a great price. Highly recommended, thank you Alexander the GM for having such an amazing & sweet team at Trulieve on Duval St. Check them out!

Trulieve is usually the only place I shop and I have to say, they never dissapoint me. I get premium service everytime. No matter what time of day it is, I usually never have a wait longer than five minutes. Most days, it's less than one minute. For example, today when I picked up my online order, I checked-in online. I usually don't modify my order which means I'm in the Express lane (a.k.a. quicker service) However, as I was at the counter handing the associate my I.D., Jonathan, the assistant manager, was already walking out to verify I was who I was and letting me know that their associate, Heidi was waiting for me and ready. Not even one foot towards a seat to wait! THAT'S PREMIUM SERVICE! Trulieve over the years just has been getting better and better. They always treat me like gold and family. They accomodate my needs every time and never once do I see a frown in that place. I've never been unsatisifed when I visit them. They really are they only place I go to! While finding parking in Key West is sometimes a hassle, getting to Trulieve Key West is always worth it for me. Go, go, go! FYI: They deliver, too and are usually ready for delivery one day ahead of time if you request delivery two days out!

I want to thank the manager Johnathon for helping me afford to switch to mmj for longterm pain management. He went out of his way to really help me. My stomach ulcers and whole GI are slowly healing from being stuck using pharmaceuticals to deal with the pain from my injuries for so long.
I also wanna thank my lovely delivery driver Josh, he's also good communicator and takes care of all the details at the end. I'm so so grateful for the much needed relief, thank you to the great team at Trulieve Key West!!
