My first experience with dog friendly CBD. Tim was so helpful both on the phone and invited me to come in for more assistance. The store was clean and smelled like a spa. Tim was super informative about all of the pet products, providing me both a general education on CBD products as well as options for my dog's specific issue. After we selected the best product Tim spoke to me about several products that I might be interested in for myself. He never seemed pushy or "salesy" just extremely helpful and personable. He offered me a few samples to take home which was awesome since I'm a newbie and even told me about an upcoming sale. Another plus...The store stands behind its product to the point where if your dog won't take the product because of the taste they'll swap it out. WOW! AWESOME peace of mind. Thanks so much for caring about my pup's well being Tim!
